  • I started my career as an appraiser shortly after graduating from Towson University in 2004.

  • I specialize in appraising residential properties for a variety of needs such as mortgage financing, probate, divorce, bankruptcy cases, immigration appraisals, and any other situation that requires a professional real estate valuation.

  • I provide high quality appraisal reports that meet and exceed all required state and federal regulations.

  • I am a Certified Residential Real Estate appraiser which is a higher classification than a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. The higher classification allows me to perform more complex and high value appraisals.

  • I work with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, CPA’s, and directly with homeowners.
