I started my career as an appraiser shortly after graduating from Towson University in 2004.
I specialize in appraising residential properties for a variety of needs such as mortgage financing, probate, divorce, bankruptcy cases, immigration appraisals, and any other situation that requires a professional real estate valuation.

I am a Certified Residential Real Estate appraiser which is a higher classification than a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. The higher classification allows me to perform more complex and high value appraisals.

Not at all. We value your property as if it is vacant. You do not need to clean, move furniture, or do any preparation at all.
What happens during the appraisal walk-through?
We will walk through your home to see what type of overall condition its in so that we can develop an accurate opinion of market value. The inspection only takes a few minutes.
Can I get an appraisal without an inspection?
Depending on the reason you need an appraisal, we may be able to complete a desktop or drive by appraisal. It depends on why you are getting an appraisal and we will discuss your options prior to scheduling.
